Eight artists intersect their various performance modalities to shift the audience focus between the stage, and the implied picture plane, exploring transformations between the real and the symbolic.

Laughing from the Other Side of Your Face is funded in part by a CAAP grant and developed at Harold Arts Residency.

Cry is what you do when there are no more words left. A lover and a victim may be called out but for finality's sake, it is just to say goodbye. It is the sweet moment when failure becomes a miracle; when a miracle becomes a memory. With tears our wounds are washed and veins filled. No reprieve for a shattered heart. We cry.
